What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Hugo’s Restaurants within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

How do I ask for a refund or exchange?

Email your request to shop@hugosrestaurant.com. Please include your order number, and a method to contact you. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a response.

 

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
 

Does Hugo’s offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can request replacement or exchange orders in most cases. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can arrange for an exchange at one of our restaurant locations for a different item in our Store.
