SHIPPING POLICY
Available shipping options and any associated charges will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address. If you select to pick-up your merchandise from a restaurant location, you will receive notice when your order is ready. Otherwise, products are shipped once a week from our fulfillment warehouse.
You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.
We cannot ship outside the U.S.. Expedited and Priority Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can't be sent to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO OR DPO.
Returns
What can I return? You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Hugo’s Restaurants within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I ask for a refund or exchange? Email your request to shop@hugosrestaurant.com. Please include your order number, and a method to contact you. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a response.
When will I get my refund? Usually in about 2 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Hugo’s offer replacements and exchanges? Yes, you can request replacement or exchange orders in most cases. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can arrange for an exchange at one of our restaurant locations or for a different item in our Store.
